Celebrating 1,800 Thrive Bags: A Milestone Made Possible by You
Every milestone tells a story—and this one belongs to our incredible community.
We're thrilled to share that Set To Thrive has officially provided 1,800 Thrive Bags to children in our community experiencing foster care or homelessness. Together, we've distributed more than $405,000 worth of brand-new essential items, ensuring children have what they need during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
But this milestone is about so much more than a number.
It's about 1,800 children who received more than a bag. They received comfort during uncertainty, dignity during transition, confidence for a new beginning, and a powerful reminder that they are seen, valued, and cared for by their community.
Each Thrive Bag is thoughtfully packed with brand-new clothing, shoes, hygiene products, and other essential items. For many children entering foster care or facing homelessness, these are the first new belongings they can truly call their own—a small but meaningful source of stability during an overwhelming time.
And the impact continues to grow.
Through our Thrive Bag and Back-to-School Backpack programs, Set To Thrive has now provided new bags filled with essential items and school supplies to more than 4,700 children across our community.
