Set To Thrive partners with local school districts to identify the needs of the children experiencing foster care and homelessness in our community. The Student Bag Program started with back to school backpacks and holiday packages, but this program has evolved.
Each Student Bag is now customized to the student’s needs that our school district partners help us set. For example, we have provided school districts with different essential items such as backpacks with age-appropriate school supplies, coats/hoodies, shoes, blankets, and/or hygiene items, etc. Every child deserves to have the proper essential items to attend, thrive, and boost their confidence in school.
Set To Thrive delivers its Student Bags to our community partners and local school districts, upon request.
